2. Data Storage

PartyRoom™ uses ephemeral, in-memory storage. This means:

Game rooms and all gameplay data exist only in server memory
When a room ends or the server restarts, all room data is permanently deleted
We do not maintain a persistent database of your gameplay content
Player names, answers, and messages are not stored long-term

Server Logs

Our servers may maintain operational logs for debugging and security purposes. These logs may include IP addresses, timestamps, and basic request information. Log data is typically retained for 30-90 days and is used solely for operational purposes.

3. AI and Third-Party Processors

The Service may use artificial intelligence features powered by OpenAI to generate prompts, questions, words, and other game content. When AI features are used:

Your game category preferences or themes may be sent to OpenAI to generate relevant content
We do not send your personal answers or player names to AI services
AI-generated content is used solely for gameplay purposes

4. Cookies and Local Storage

We use minimal cookies and browser local storage for the following purposes:

Reconnection: A temporary token to reconnect you to a game room if your connection drops

These are functional cookies/storage necessary for the Service to operate. We do not use tracking cookies for advertising purposes.
