Terms of Service - PartyRoom

Welcome to PartyRoom™! These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the PartyRoom™ platform and all associated games including CrowdQuip™, Imposter™, TruthSwap™, and any future games (collectively, the "Service"), operated by Zora Labs LLC ("we," "us," or "our").

By accessing or using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use the Service.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By creating a room, joining a game, or otherwise using the Service, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms and our Privacy Policy.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 13 years of age to use the Service. If you are between 13 and 18 years old (or the age of majority in your jurisdiction), you may only use the Service with the consent and supervision of a parent or legal guardian who agrees to be bound by these Terms.

Parents and guardians are responsible for monitoring their children's use of the Service and ensuring compliance with these Terms.

3. License to Use the Service

We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the Service for personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes, subject to these Terms.

4. User-Generated Content

The Service allows you to submit text responses, answers, and other content ("User Content") during gameplay. You retain ownership of any User Content you submit.

By submitting User Content, you grant us a limited, worldwide, royalty-free license to use, display, and transmit your User Content solely for the purpose of operating the Service and displaying it to other players during gameplay.

You are solely responsible for your User Content. You represent and warrant that:

You have all necessary rights to submit the User Content
Your User Content does not violate any laws or these Terms
Your User Content does not infringe on any third party's rights

5. Prohibited Conduct

You agree not to use the Service to:

Submit content that is hateful, harassing, threatening, or promotes violence against any individual or group
Share personal information of others without their consent (doxxing)
Submit illegal content or content that promotes illegal activities
Submit sexual content involving minors in any form
Distribute malware, viruses, or other harmful code
Spam, flood, or otherwise disrupt the Service or other users' experience
Impersonate any person or entity
Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Service or other users' accounts
Use the Service for any commercial purpose without our prior written consent

6. Moderation and Termination

We reserve the right, but are not obligated, to monitor User Content and user activity. We may, at our sole discretion and without prior notice:

Remove or modify any User Content that violates these Terms
Suspend or terminate your access to the Service
Rate-limit your activity
Remove you from game rooms
Ban you from the Service entirely

Room hosts also have the ability to kick players from their rooms.

7. AI Features Disclaimer

The Service may include features powered by artificial intelligence, including but not limited to AI-generated prompts, questions, words, and optional AI voting participants. These AI features are provided for entertainment purposes only.

AI-generated content may be inaccurate, inappropriate, or unexpected. We do not guarantee the accuracy, appropriateness, or quality of any AI-generated content. AI outputs should not be considered authoritative or relied upon for any purpose other than entertainment.

8. Intellectual Property

The Service, including its design, features, content, and all trademarks (including PartyRoom™, CrowdQuip™, Imposter™, TruthSwap™, and any future game names), are owned by or licensed to Zora Labs LLC and are protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

You may not copy, modify, distribute, sell, or lease any part of the Service without our prior written consent.

9. Not Affiliated

PartyRoom™ is an independent platform created by Zora Labs LLC. We are not affiliated with, endorsed by, or connected to any other game publishers, platforms, or their products. Any similarity to other games is coincidental or represents common game mechanics in the party game genre.

10. Disclaimer of Warranties

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.

We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, secure, or error-free. Game rooms and all associated data are stored in memory and may be lost at any time due to server restarts or technical issues.

11. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, ZORA LABS LLC AND ITS OFFICERS, DIRECTORS, EMPLOYEES, AND AGENTS SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS OR REVENUES, WHETHER INCURRED DIRECTLY OR INDIRECTLY, OR ANY LOSS OF DATA, USE, GOODWILL, OR OTHER INTANGIBLE LOSSES, RESULTING FROM:

Your use of or inability to use the Service
Any conduct or content of any third party on the Service
Any User Content submitted through the Service
Unauthorized access, use, or alteration of your content

12. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Zora Labs LLC and its officers, directors, employees, and agents from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses, including reasonable attorneys' fees, arising out of or in any way connected with your access to or use of the Service, your User Content, or your violation of these Terms.

13. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Georgia, USA, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

14. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of any material changes by posting the new Terms on this page and updating the "Last updated" date. Your continued use of the Service after any changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.

15. Severability

If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable or invalid, that provision shall be limited or eliminated to the minimum extent necessary so that these Terms shall otherwise remain in full force and effect.
